National Network for Children (NNC)
The National Network for Children is an alliance of more than 140 civil society organisations and supporters, working with and for the children and families of Bulgaria. The promotion, protection and observing the rights of the child are the key principles which unite the Network. The NNC believes that all policies and practices, that affect directly or indirectly the children should be developed, applied and observed, taking into account the principle of the best interest of the child and with the active participation of children and young people themselves. All their activities are led by the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child as the key document that lays down the philosophy, and the values of how the Network works.
