Safer Internet Day: Youth-led research in Latin America

Today is Safer Internet Day — read an ECPAT International youth-led study from Latin America on the linkages between the use of the Internet and the commercial sexual exploitation of children. This innovative regional study, led by children and young people from Mexico, Guatemala, Peru, Uruguay and Chile, identified the increasing violation of children's rights and the need for greater protection measures to prevent the negative impact of further advancement of technologies on children's lives.
