Over time, the unique profile of a travelling child sex offender has become increasingly hard to uphold. Offenders cut across sex, age, nationality and personal background, making any effort at profiling hard to accomplish. Comprehensive strategies must be based on this understanding of the demand factor and incorporate all those who fall in the different categories thereof.
