Europol’s cyber-crime centre (EC3) is mandated to investigate and prevent cybercrime that causes serious harm to its victims, including online child sexual exploitation. Within EC3 a dedicated team, Focal Point Twins, work specifically on crimes against children. This report describes the operations and projects started and facilitated by Focal Point Twins in protecting children and improving police capabilities against travelling child sex offenders in Europe.
