ECPAT International's latest Journal edition Researching the Sexual Exploitation of Children: Challenges and Methodologies of Data Collection is now available on our website.

The reliance on limited, inaccurate and out-of-date data can have an adverse effect on advocacy, policy planning and targeted interventions related to the prevention and protection of children against sexual exploitation. ECPAT Journal Series No. 10 seeks to highlight this problem by analysing the methodologies and challenges of reliable data collection when researching the sexual exploitation of children and suggests possible ways to address these issues.
