This working paper serves as a basis for reflection to document practices and identify key considerations that should be taken into account by policymakers and other stakeholders when developing or revisiting sex offender registries. The working paper enables you to understand opportunities and challenges that all aspects of the development and roll out of registration, and related activities pose.
This work resulted in the development of ‘Technical considerations for the development of (child) sex offender registries’ to inform the development or revision of such mechanisms.
